This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by AI & Geodata Czech Republic, including but not limited to:

  • Data analysis and research reports
  • Subscription-based services

3. General Refund Terms

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service not provided: If we fail to deliver a service that you have paid for within the specified timeframe.
  • Significant service deficiency: If the service provided has significant deficiencies that materially affect its value and cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service.
  • Cancellation within the cooling-off period: For certain services, as specified in Section 4 of this policy.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed according to specifications.
  • Services canceled after the specified cancellation period has expired.
  • Custom services that have already been initiated or completed according to your specifications.
  • Downloadable digital products or reports that have already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Services where non-refundability is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Service-Specific Refund Policies

4.1 Consulting Services

Cancellation Period: You may cancel a scheduled consulting service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be issued.

No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consulting session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4.2 Digital Reports and Research

Pre-Access Refund: Full refunds are available prior to downloading or accessing the digital content.

Post-Access Refund: Once a digital report or research has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable unless it contains substantial errors or does not match the description provided.

4.3 Subscription Services

Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you may cancel during the trial period without being charged.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but will not be charged for subsequent periods.

Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

4.4 Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs

Cancellation Period: For virtual events, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Very Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Transfer Option: Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person or to a future event of equal value, subject to availability.

4.5 Custom Development Services

Project Initiation: For custom development projects, a non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of the total project cost) is required to begin work.

Project Cancellation: If you cancel a custom development project after work has begun, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
